I go in-depth on the observations I have had in the last three days of work and Steve gives me some advice, we talk about the possible future of the live show, video promotions as seen on the web site, and I explain why I have been hard on Alex.
The Bear Essentials are for those crazy enough to go deep into the bears cave. It is a raw and real look behind the scenes of the show as we prepare and/or wind down on friday nights once the LIVE light is no longer on. Remember no holds are barred here so the waters can get pretty rough sometimes.
