I had my 5 hour energy to start off the night so I may have been speaking a little fast and being a little loud, but it felt good to get back to the high energy we are known for.

I get a little long winded in telling a story about miscommunication and get corrected, but I ultimatley made two points. 1) A little communication goes a long way and 2) Setting goals, standards, and self imposed deadlines can be a great thing. Finally I dig into the fact that I think I am stressing out even though I don’t believe there is reason too.

If you are a Bear Crawler I want you to donate to support Kevin Destruction and his daughter in this time of grief….

So I want to try something new here. I want to actually write some thoughts down about what went into the show and how I felt bout it. In this episode I was preoccupied with the death of my dear friend Kevin’s wife. There is so much to process here and I am not even involved. To imagine what Kevin is going through is impossible. Everything throughout this show was colored by my frustration of not being able to be there for Kevin and doing the two things I do best, talk/listen and taking care of others needs. I do establish a fund to try to motivate everyone in the Bear Crawling Nation to touch a life in need that is closer than a brother to me.

I love talking to Phillip and usually we have amazing talks but I couldn’t get connected here, or even at the end of the show. We do discuss mutual success together and with another Bear Crawler Kringe Clothing. Specifically we discussed both of us being laid off and our responses to the situation. So all in all I realize my life is connected to others deeper than I could imagine, both in tragedy and in success.

Its finally here! I try to keep the show true to form which last until I hit the record button. Andy starts us off right with a call in and then I launch the new Intro. Shortly after that I announce  who the new cohost of the Bear Crawling nation is – heres a hint – it’s not JEN AVILLA I swear. We do a few news stories, take a lot of really cool phone calls, show off the new merchandise, and of course play a few of the requisite clips. I turn the computer to show different things on the camera and inadvertently disconnect the firewire audio but the show does what we do best and goes with the flow. The live audience was amazingly great and I would love to do it this way as a special event more in the future.
