I had my 5 hour energy to start off the night so I may have been speaking a little fast and being a little loud, but it felt good to get back to the high energy we are known for.

I get a little long winded in telling a story about miscommunication and get corrected, but I ultimatley made two points. 1) A little communication goes a long way and 2) Setting goals, standards, and self imposed deadlines can be a great thing. Finally I dig into the fact that I think I am stressing out even though I don’t believe there is reason too.

Tonight Steve begs off to spend some “Quality time” with his wife who has been exreemly busy with school and work. So I prove to him that Bear Crawling is quality time by having my wife join me for the show. We discuss my getting glasses and how blind my wife is, Jen Avilla calls in some tips, Mother Superior steps up with a “Life as it Happens” – she freakin rocks, some news and updates, and my wife shares her opinions on the world and pokes the bear constantly.

This is the before and after show for BCNL #125. The first part is Steve and I warming up and ripping on each other. The Second part is the continuation of Steve’s story of how his first marriage. He went into detail of how he stepped out on the missus three times in the last half hour of the live show. Hugh calls in after the show ends and he tells us of his worst relationship. How strange is it that I am the one who has normal relationships eh?
